What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code, the optional answers you choose to give, the page you submitted from, the time spent on the form, your consent choices and any campaign tags in the link you used.
Who sees it
K9 Professional Network, and the independent professional or program it selects to follow up in your area. Contact may come as a call, text or email.
Storage
Requests are held in K9PN's lead-handling systems and by the recipient of your referral. The main k9pn.com site has its own policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. It records anonymous page views and the fact that a request was submitted, with no personal details attached, and loads fonts from Google Fonts.
